AIR Helps the Girl Scouts Send our Troops “A Taste of Home”

by Comment 0

Glastonbury, CT – Steve Weir, owner of American Integrity Restoration/DKI (AIR), partnered up with his employees and his local networking group, Glastonbury BNI, to support a good cause – “Operation: Taste of Home”. “Operation: Taste of Home” is a Girl Scout Cookie Program that offers cookie lovers the option of purchasing cookies for our troops overseas. Steve jumped at this opportunity with the help of his six year-old daughter Juliana Weir, a current member of the Girl Scouts. He offered a challenge to his employees and to his fellow members in the BNI group that he would match every cookie sale with a donation for the troops – the challenge was met with $748 in cookie sales; Steve matched this and sent 192 boxes of cookies to the troops.

Steve would not have been able to achieve this goal without the help of his local BNI chapter. The main goal of the Glastonbury Tuesday BNI is to grow each member’s business and sphere of influence by helping members connect with potential clients and business contacts. Steve Weir is the founder and owner of American Integrity Restoration (AIR) located in Glastonbury and Milford, CT. Serving the entire state of Connecticut, AIR is committed to providing unequaled quality service to property owners who have experienced damage to their homes or commercial buildings.
