Under one roof, at all three of our branches, we have trained, certified, and licensed emergency response mitigation technicians, estimators, production managers and reconstruction experts. We have one of the most widely experienced and well-respected teams of restoration experts in New England, with over 275 years of experience collectively. Steve Weir

Steve Weir founded American Integrity Restoration, LLC (AIR) in 2005, after recognizing a need in the local marketplace for quality contractors performing disaster restoration. Prior to founding AIR, Steve was a police officer with the Glastonbury Police Department, and owner of a landscape construction company.

Steve has traveled the country working and training with other disaster restoration professionals in order to instill industry and business best practices within the AIR organization. In 2010, Steve brought AIR into the DKI network, North America’s largest disaster restoration contracting organization. Steve attended the University of Connecticut, and is active in community events. Steve enjoys aviation, and volunteering his time in school and church-related activities.

Greg Anapol

President

Greg has joined AIR after being the President of Metal Sales Manufacturing in Louisville, Kentucky the nation’s largest metal roofing manufacturer serving commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential markets, through 21 branches and 900 employees across the country. Prior to Metal Sales Greg spent almost ten years with Brady Corporation, a global manufacturer of product, premises, and people identification systems. At Brady Greg was the Vice President, Brady Business Performance System where he launched Lean principles, and conceptualized the Brady Business Performance System “The Way We Work”, a world-class business system.

Greg holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Northeastern University. Greg has a wife and 3 sons. He enjoys volunteering, and serves on the boards of multiple local youth sports programs.

Lori Scherff

Controller

“I am committed to supporting every facet of the company, while ensuring our business decisions are executed with the highest level of integrity. My door is always open to customers, vendors, and internal business partners.”


After nearly two decades of working for a Silicon Valley based optical communications company, Lori has joined AIR in early 2016 as the Controller. Her previous role as a Manufacturing Controller included global travel, establishing and auditing key internal controls, interfacing with external audit, and supporting global manufacturing accounting and finance roles in varying capacities. Her prior success has prepared her well to support AIR’s day to day business activities while also establishing business partnerships key to the company’s vision for growth.

Lori holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. She is married and has two daughters. In addition to community volunteer work, Lori enjoys traveling, hiking with her two dogs, and road cycling with her husband.
